Terms and Condition
All Sales Are FINAL: No Return, No Exchange, No store credits. ALL online orders that are cancelled are subjected to a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping: We offer shipping for international and domestic orders. All orders will take 2-3 business days to process. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx. We are not liable for any damages or delays caused by the shipping company. Purchasing a shipping insurance is highly recommended. After the package is shipped, it is out of our hands and out of our control. Please email us if you are experiencing any troubles or delays and provide us your order number. We will try to resolve the issues to the best of our abilities.
If buying a pre-owned item, make sure to request for pictures and judge the the condition before finalizing your purchase.

- Do you take trades. Yes, we take trades that is HEAVILY in our favor.
- Do you buy shoes from walk-in customers. Yes, we do “cash-outs” for a reasonable negotiated price.
- Do you do Pre-orders? Yes, Contact us for Pre-orders or Checkout the size that you wanted to Pre-order if there is an option available.
- How Long does it take to Pre-order an item? It will take 1-4 Weeks before we can fulfill your order. (It will depend on the rarity of the product)
- Are Pre-orders refundable? Yes, if we cannot fulfill your order within the allotted time frame.
- Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to international customers.
- What form of payment do you take? We take cash, debit, credit cards or e-transfers (EMT).
- Do you take returns? No, all sales are final.
- Do you charge taxes? Yes, we charge PST and GST.
- Do you do consignment? Yes, please refer to our consignment page and read our terms and condition.
- Do you source-out shoes if it’s not available in your store. Yes, we can source-out shoes depending on your budget and with 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
- Do you do local meet ups? No, all items must be picked up from out store during operating hours.
