All Sales Final
All purchases are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit. Cancelled online orders are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Pricing & Availability
Prices may change based on market value and demand without notice. Limited items are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding items to your cart does not guarantee availability until checkout is completed.
Shipping
We ship domestically and internationally. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.
Once shipped, the package is out of our control. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damages caused by the courier. Shipping insurance is highly recommended.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders.
Authenticity Guarantee
All items sold are 100% authentic. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items before purchase.
If authenticity is disputed, a return request may be made within 7 days, provided that:

Condition of Goods

Deposits, Pre-Orders & Sourcing
All deposits are non-refundable.
Pre-orders and sourced items typically take 1–4 weeks, but delays may occur due to market availability. If we cannot fulfill a pre-order, a refund will be issued.
Order Verification & Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. Additional verification may be required.
